Members Tournament Entry Fees
Members are reminded that each tournament attracts a $5.00 entry fee payable before, or no later than, the night of the close of entries.
All competition draws are are witnessed by an independent observer.

Members Tournament Etiquette
To All Competition Snooker And Billiard Players.
Once players have agreed the date and time of their match, be it Billiards or Snooker, those details should be written up on Club white board including the following information:
Any player who has organised a match to be played at an agreed time and has not shown up, will be given 30 minutes grace to contact his or her opponent to re-schedule. Failing to do so will result in automatic forfeit
These requirements apply to all members so as to:

- Name of competition (eg Snooker Open or Billiards Handicap)
- Names of the players competing
- Details of competition to be played (eg best of 3 or 5 frames Snooker; Billiards race to 150 or 300)
- Date and starting time of match to be played
- Table number agreed for the match to be played on

These requirements apply to all members so as to:
- ensure the smooth running of all our Tournaments
- provide clarity to social players who may be seeking to use the tables
- provide notice to any spectators who may wish to attend
